What is a WBENC Turnkey Booth Package?

A WBENC Turnkey Booth Package is a pre-designed booth which will be set-up and ready for you to access beginning Monday, June 15, in the afternoon. All you have to do is arrive with your collateral and team and be ready to network!

Choose from either a standard graphics package which features your company’s logo and the 2026 WBENC National Conference branding, or for an additional fee, you can secure fully custom graphics.

The Turnkey Booths are add-on packages to the base exhibitor packages.

You can purchase your Turnkey Booth add-on through your Exhibitor Dashboard after you purchase your exhibitor package.

As you explore the WBENC Expo floor, each booth and display are a portal to new possibilities – a chance to create awareness about your business to a captive audience, to learn more about an exhibitor’s business and opportunities, and to get inspired by the latest trends and innovations throughout the WBENC network. When you register to be an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to select your top 2 preferred industries to be placed in on the Expo floor. In addition, exhibitors will be able to note their competitors and collaborators during their booth application process.

WBENC will make every effort possible to place exhibitors according to their preferences, however, there is no guarantee on booth placement.

Booth Assignment Timeline

If you register before March 23, you will receive a correspondence about your booth placement during the month of April.

If you purchase a booth after March 23, you will receive a correspondence within 12 business days of the date you registered.

The booth assignment process for general exhibitors will not begin until April 1.

Please note that exhibitors will not receive their booth placement until a fully payment is received.

AN IMPORTANT ALERT FROM WBENC ABOUT EXHIBITOR SERVICE “SCAMS” AND HOUSING “PIRATES” AND “POACHERS”

You may recall that in previous years WBENC made you aware of unauthorized parties contacting National Conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors about securing hotel rooms for our event. We advised you to be on guard for these “pirates” or “poachers” (meeting industry terminology) who are relentless and might contact you with bogus discounts for hotel rooms or room blocks. Please stay on alert for these inquiries by unauthorized entities with regard to our 2026 conference in Salt Lake City as well.

However, we also want to advise you that companies claiming to offer exhibitor services (such as inclusion in an exhibitor directory) have contacted some of our exhibitors from 2025 about the 2026 Conference requesting that they review, verify, and confirm pre-registered data for an Exhibitor Directory for Fairs and Exhibitions.

This request is not associated with WBENC, even though the communication references both WBENC and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council in Washington, D.C. Do not respond to any communication requesting you verify exhibitor registration or any personal/company information.

WBENC will not solicit information to make hotel reservations or request that you take any other action related to the upcoming 2026 National Conference in Salt Lake City unless the message comes directly from WBENC, Map Your Show, BlueWater Technologies, Maritz, or our exhibit services provider, Hargrove, Inc., or appears on the official conference website – www.wbenc.org/conference.
