What is the WBENC National Conference?

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) provides the gold standard certification for women-owned businesses, and the professional development, tools and resources to help them succeed.

Each year, our dynamic and diverse network comes together to fuel opportunities for women entrepreneurs. The WBENC National Conference is the largest event of its kind for women business owners, welcoming thousands of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives ready to make connections and do business.

Registration

Online registration for individual attendee passes will open in January 2023.

The easiest way to register for the 2023 WBENC National Conference is online.

Key Registration Dates:

  • January 23, 2023 – Exhibitor Package Early Bird Deadline
  • February 23, 2023 – Attendee Early Bird Deadline
  • March 13, 2023 – Online registration closes. After this date, all registrations and payments will be handled onsite in Nashville. This is also the final date to submit registration transfer requests.
  • March 20-23, 2023 – Onsite registration will open Monday, March 20 at 10 am CT at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN. Onsite registration will remain open through Thursday afternoon at 2pm CT.
Cost
Onsite Registration

In addition to online registration, you also have the option to register onsite during the event, starting on Monday, March 20, 2023. Onsite registrations are available throughout the week and must be paid by company check or credit card. All onsite transactions are final and non-refundable.

  • Monday, March 20 | 10 am 5 pm CT
  • Tuesday, March 21 | 9 am 5 pm CT
  • Wednesday, March 22 | 8 am 5 pm CT
  • Thursday, March 23 | 8 am – 2 pm CT
Refund & Transfer Policy

All registration/ticket sales are final, no refunds will be issued. All exhibitor and sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization if you notify WBENC in writing by March 13, 2023. Send transfer and substitutions via email to wbenccustsvc@wbenc.org. Please include complete contact information for the original registration as well as for the colleague who will be using the registration. All requests must be made in writing by March 13, 2023. Registrations may not be transferred to future WBENC events.

Your well-being is #1 priority for WBENC. This website will be updated with information about the plans for health and safety protocols for attendees, exhibitors and staff at the National Conference. At this time WBENC is monitoring the ever-changing status of the COVID-19 pandemic to determine the most appropriate Right to Entry Protocol for 2023. We will continue to update the page, so please check back for news and additional guidance as we refine our planning.

BE WELL POLICY 

WBENC will enforce its “Be Well” policy which requires consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Nashville you will reconsider your participation at the event.   

To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during the National Conference, WBENC is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor WBENC social media channels and download the WBENC Mobile App once it is available to their mobile devices to receive up-to-the-minute updates.

 

Attendee Scam Warning

The size and reputation of WBENC signature national events have unfortunately made us (and you) a target of a variety of scams. Please be aware of the items below and check with us if you have any questions about emails you receive that claim to be representing WBENC.

Multiple companies have been contacting members of the WBENC network and event attendees claiming to sell or rent event attendee lists. WBENC does not rent, share, or sell our attendee lists or email addresses to third parties. Read our privacy policy.

These companies aren’t associated with WBENC and aren’t authorized to use our name or trademark.

WBENC will also not solicit information to make hotel reservations or request that you take any other action related to the events unless the message comes directly from WBENC (email address ending in @wbenc.org) or our event vendors: Trattativa Meetings & Event ManagementMap Your Show, Maritz, Imagen, and Hargrove, Inc.

Do not respond to any communication requesting you verify registration or any personal/company information.
