These sessions are designed to help first-time attendees navigate the conference and maximize their experience. • Engage with Your Regional Partner Organization (RPO): Connect with your RPO before the conference to access valuable resources and networking opportunities. Engaging with your RPO can provide insights and introductions that enhance your conference experience.

Since returning in person in 2022 in Atlanta, WBENC has changed up and enhanced a lot of the Conference experience. That includes an industry-organized Expo floor, Expo sessions over 2 days, innovative education sessions, dedicated RPO networking, amazing evening events filled with networking opportunities, Meet & Greets, Women Owned Demos and MUCH more!

This conference is a platform for you to build on the foundations you have through the WBENC network already, forge deeper connections, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
