The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) provides the most relied upon certification for women-owned businesses and the tools to help them succeed.
Each year, our dynamic and diverse network comes together to fuel opportunities for women entrepreneurs. The WBENC National Conference is the largest event of its kind for women business owners, welcoming thousands of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives ready to make connections and do business.
The 2023 National Conference will feature:
With a full conference registration, access all the conference happenings including the Expo, educational sessions, meal functions, and evening receptions (excluding invitation-only functions).
Note: Sponsors and Exhibitors can purchase three additional Full Conference Passes for $649 each.
Each Day Pass includes admission to all events that occur on the day for which the pass was purchased (excluding invitation-only functions).
Note: Sponsors can purchase additional Day Passes for $299 each.
With a guest pass, companions or guests of conference attendees can attend the evening event or reception for the day purchased (excluding invitation-only functions).
In addition to online registration, you also have the option to register onsite during the event, starting on Monday, March 20, 2023. Onsite registrations are available throughout the week and must be paid by company check or credit card. All onsite transactions are final and non-refundable.
Onsite Registration Hours:
All registration/ticket sales are final, no refunds will be issued. All exhibitor and sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable.
Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization if you notify WBENC in writing by March 13, 2023. Send transfer and substitutions via email to email@example.com. Please include complete contact information for the original registration as well as for the colleague who will be using the registration. All requests must be made in writing by March 13, 2023. Registrations may not be transferred to future WBENC events.
Your well-being is #1 priority for WBENC. This website will be updated with information about the plans for health and safety protocols for attendees, exhibitors and staff at the National Conference. At this time WBENC is monitoring the ever-changing status of the COVID-19 pandemic to determine the most appropriate Right to Entry Protocol for 2023. We will continue to update the page, so please check back for news and additional guidance as we refine our planning.
WBENC will enforce its “Be Well” policy which requires consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Nashville you will reconsider your participation at the event. Anyone who experiences symptoms onsite must provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to complete the health screening.
To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during the National Conference, WBENC is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor WBENC social media channels and download the WBENC Mobile App once it is available to their mobile devices to receive up-to-the-minute updates.
