WBENC has kicked off 2022 in full force for our 25th Anniversary Year! Read about ways to get involved, contribute, celebrate and learn more about how WBENC has played a significant role in fueling the powerful force that is women’s entrepreneurship during the past 25 years. WBENC, together with our full WBENC Network, is just getting started!
We are beginning a year-long celebration of WBENC and leadership in women’s entrepreneurship and supplier diversity. With 2022 as the WBENC 25th Anniversary, it’s the perfect time to both reflect and get inspired to take WBE business innovation, leadership and growth to the next level.
Of course, we have many ways that you can join us in celebrating what’s been accomplished so far, and how you can help shape and identify what can be done into the future to support women-owned businesses, our communities, and our economy.

WBENC 2022 Virtual Open House | A Kickoff to our 25th Year
In case you couldn’t make the live Open House we hosted on January 19th, no worries. You can still watch a recording of our virtual Open House to learn about upcoming opportunities and key dates to help you plan for our 25th year. The Open House features WBENC staff sharing the latest and greatest on new and returning opportunities for executive education, pitch opportunities, annual events, and outreach & development programs.
Dedicated 25th Anniversary Website Section with Resources
A new website section has been added on all things 25th Anniversary, including a Resources section similar to what you may have been in some of our programs. The Open House recording is there as well as quick links documents with all of the helpful links shared during the event.
Interactive Timeline of the First 25 Years of WBENC
We are very excited to launch a new feature: an interactive WBENC historical timeline of our entire first 25 years. It’s organized into five-year sections for ease of browsing. Click any of the five-year increments and the section will open into full content for that time frame. We’ll be keeping this updated with new accomplishments and developments on an ongoing basis as well. Check it out!

WBENC Programs page and WBENC Events page are both great areas of WBENC.org to bookmark and visit regularly – you could even set a calendar reminder every two weeks or monthly to make sure you are up to speed.
