Our Story
The Diez Group/Delaco Steel is a Hispanic, family-owned precision metal processor that specializes in blanking, laser welding, milling, warehousing, and logistics. Founded by Geraldo and Brenda Diez in 1973, April Diez now leads the organization with family, community, and innovation remaining at the heart of what they do. The Diez Group is committed to providing customers with solutions that save both time and costs, including support for implementing vehicle rebate incentives for their employees.
The Diez Group places a high priority on maintaining a healthy and safe community. They contribute funds, time, talent, and energy to help sustain the world they share, while also educating employees and youth through life-affirming programs, training courses, and scholarships.
The future is bright, with the third generation of the Diez family already actively engaged and making a meaningful impact.
