Our Story

Select Auto Parts is a Black- and woman-owned auto recycling company advancing sustainability and economic opportunity in the automotive industry, creating local jobs, diverted thousands of pounds of waste from landfills, and expanded access to affordable recycled parts. Their mission is to transform how people see value—in parts, in people, and in legacy—by leading with purpose, equity, and community impact.

Since launching in 2012, Select Auto Parts has created sustainable jobs in underserved communities, including second-chance hires, while staying 100% founder-funded. Through partnerships with Wisconsin DVR and youth training programs, Select Auto Parts invests in workforce development and their future talent and advocacy platform, #AutomotiveInBlack, helps amplify underrepresented voices and drive equity in the automotive industry.
