The ORV Business Accelerator is a six-session virtual program (from April to August) designed to help small businesses strengthen their foundation, sharpen their competitive edge, and accelerate growth. Through a combination of pitch practice, expert-led content, and hands-on activities, participants will gain practical skills they can apply immediately to their business.

Each session builds progressively—from clarifying your business foundations to developing brand messaging, sales strategies, financial basics, and legal/IP protections—while integrating innovative topics like AI adoption and supplier diversity opportunities. The program culminates in a Pitch Competition, where participants deliver a polished 3–5 minute business pitch and receive live feedback from peers and judges.
