Tracey Felicidade Jones is the founder and CEO of Trace Brand Building, a global brand agency with offices in South Africa, Colorado and a presence in New Zealand. Tracey leads an award-winning team of top designers and brand architects. Her journey includes foundational experience as Food Category Marketing Manager at Nestlé Foods in South Africa, shaping strategies for international clients like Phillips, BD, and Novartis, and developing products for KFC and McDonald’s.

After moving from South Africa to the USA 4 years ago her own business evolved, rebranding from Brand Spanking Marketing to Trace Brand Building. Tracey is passionate about helping businesses unlock their unique “brand magic” by understanding their core DNA and archetypes, turning that insight into tangible results.

Beyond her agency work, Tracey is committed to fostering entrepreneurial success. She serves on the board of the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce, act as a marketing advisor to the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and sist on the board for Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EOA) as the membership chair for its accelerator program, guiding businesses to scale.
