Suzanne Oh (she/her) is the Senior Program Manager for Target Accelerators, where she supports emerging brands grow into mass retail through strategic partnerships, education, and resources. Prior to joining Target, she spent over eight years in Minnesota’s nonprofit sector, leading initiatives in nonprofit management, public policy, DEIB, and education equity—work grounded in her belief that systems and processes can and should work better for everyone.

Originally from Wisconsin, Suzanne moved to Minnesota for college and now calls Minnesota home. She holds a BA from Macalester College and an MPP from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. At the heart of her work is a deep passion for people—their stories, their growth, and the communities they build. When she’s not working, you’ll find Suzanne exploring Minneapolis with her husband, daughter, and their spirited 8-pound dog.
