Stephanie Burton

Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Lead

Stephanie M. Burton leads the Supplier Diversity & Inclusion initiative at The Kroger Co. where she is responsible for engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to advance the initiative. She joined the Kroger family in 2022 and is regularly engaging in the development of certified diverse businesses.

Stephanie currently serves on the board as Vice Chair for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council – Ohio River Valley, the board for Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council and co-leads the MED mentoring program with P&G and MORTAR. She previously co-led the Driving Impact – a Toyota & Adient Business Module, facilitating conversations to develop diverse businesses and corporate supplier diversity programs. She also previously held the Treasurer position of the NMSDC Automotive Industry Group.

Stephanie is a graduate of Xavier University where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration with a concentration in Scholars. In 2022, she retired from Toyota after 25+ years of holding roles within Purchasing for Procurement, Project Management, Purchasing Systems and Supplier Diversity. Stephanie lives with her husband in Northern Kentucky where she enjoys spending time with her three active and rambunctious grandsons.
