President and CEO

Lindsey All is the President and CEO of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South (WBEC South). With over 15 years of executive experience, Lindsey has a proven track record of success. Prior to Joining WBEC South in February 2025, she served as Vice President at the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), where she launched numerous nationwide programs aimed to support the growth and development of Women Business Owners, including the Energy Executive Program (EEP), the Chemical Industry Accelerator, and numerous leadership development and entrepreneurial management programs. Her efforts consistently supported the mission of empowering women-owned businesses through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Lindsey’s diverse career includes leading operations and business development at GP Strategies, overseeing workforce development projects for major oil and chemical companies, and holding roles at Pfizer in Manhattan and URS Corporation in Baton Rouge. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Lindsey believes that everyone having the opportunity to gain a seat at the table, breaking down barriers through up skilling and capacity building is what keeps organizations innovative, nimble, and strong.
