Kat Campbell Johnson led procurement teams and strategic category negotiations for over 20 years in automotive, retail, and now manufacturing, and is using that expertise to build and grow Ecolab’s Supplier Diversity and Inclusion program across its global supply chain. Kat has been active in changing LGBT inclusion and representation in the workplace, is married to a US Army Veteran, Gretchen, and resides in St. Paul, MN. Kat earned a BA from DePauw University, and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington.
