Barb founded BOSHĀ in 1986 and has spent the past three decades growing her business from a small design company to a full-service branding and communications agency with a wide variety of B2B clients.

Barb has a long history of creating powerful brands for many clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical, and WBEC-East. She specializes in award-winning change management campaigns that cut through the clutter and keeps audiences informed, inspired, and engaged.

Drawing on decades of experience working in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Barbara and her team produce campaigns that reflect the strong purpose and work ethic of the organizations they partner with. The goal: to shine a light on the positive impacts that employees, products, and solutions make on the world.

Barb is a graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, The Tuck School of Business, Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management, and an Alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10K SB. BOSHA is a Certified Woman-Owned Business with WBENC.
