Ashwini Vasudeva is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Astute, a strategic CFO and business advisory firm that helps organizations transform financial operations into engines for growth. With more than 25 years of experience spanning Big 4 public accounting and global corporations, Ashwini has built a career helping organizations strengthen financial strategy, improve operational performance, and navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments. Her work spans industries including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, construction, and utilities, supporting clients from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Ashwini is widely recognized for translating complex financial data into clear, strategic insights that empower executive decision-making. She has led large-scale performance audits, compliance programs, and financial transformation initiatives that have helped organizations recover millions in lost revenue while improving operational efficiency and governance. Under her leadership, Astute has grown from a startup into a globally operated advisory firm and introduced AstuteAI, a proprietary financial analytics platform designed to deliver real-time insights and enable data-driven leadership.

Ashwini holds an MBA in Management Development for Entrepreneurs from UCLA, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, East Bay, and a degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai, India.
