Hear from Stacy on Making an IMPACT

Wisdom from WBE Star, Stacy K. Fritz

How do you define “IMPACT” in your own words?

Impact is creating meaningful change that people can feel in their daily lives.

It’s not about big gestures; it’s about small, intentional actions that ripple outward, improving health, confidence, connection, and quality of life over time.

When and how was your business started?

FIT2order® was founded in 2008 after I left a career in education. I saw firsthand how long hours of sitting, stress, and disconnection were quietly impacting people’s health. I started the company to bring realistic, doable solutions into the workday…meeting people where they are, not where we wish they were.

For business owners and leaders who are looking to accelerate their “IMPACT,” what key advice or actionable steps would you recommend for them to implement today?

Start small, stay consistent, and stay human. Focus on solving a real problem exceptionally well. Build relationships before chasing scale, and don’t underestimate the power of clarity, integrity, and follow-through.

What impact are you most proud of, and why?

I am most proud of bringing an original idea to life without any prior innovation or product development experience-the creation of the vidaBALL®. It began as a deeply personal effort to help my brother feel better in his body, heart, and mind during a very difficult season. Although he passed away before the product was completed, the process changed me. Creating something in service of others, rooted in love and connection, has allowed his legacy to live on while helping countless people feel calmer, more grounded, and more supported in their daily lives.

I’m also proud of helping people feel safe and capable in their own bodies again, especially during stressful seasons of life. Knowing that something I created helps people breathe, pause, and feel grounded is deeply meaningful.

Looking ahead, what legacy of impact do you hope to leave in the business community?

I hope to be known for helping people reconnect to themselves, their health, and one another AND for proving that work can support life instead of depleting it..
