Our Story
Since 1993, Phoenix Language Services partners with its clients, including healthcare systems and businesses, in providing comprehensive language access services in over 300 languages for limited-English proficient and deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Phoenix has been the primary provider of language access services for decades. Their services include system-wide language access program development, use of their Interpreter Management System (IMS)®, a cloud-based, scheduling and management solution, deployment and access to professional, onsite and remote interpreters, translation and localization.
