WeTHRIVE is an all-virtual WBENC Executive Education Program designed to meet WBEs where they are today and position them to grow and thrive for the future.

WeTHRIVE provides female founders with business fundamentals in the areas of Leadership & Communication, Financial Management, Business Strategy, Operations & Human Resources, and Marketing & Sales. Each program session is led by a WBE expert or WBENC Corporate Member providing participants with perspectives from both aspects of business.

Beginning on April 30 and concluding on June 25, WeTHRIVE will provide female founders with business fundamentals in the areas of leadership & communication, financial management, business strategy, operations & human resources, and marketing & sales. Each program session is led by a WBE expert or WBENC Corporate Member providing participants with perspectives from both aspects of business.

In addition to the educational sessions, the program promotes community building, offering three 3 Peer Groups that are designed for best practice sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
