IGNITE Your Business in the New Year!

WeIGNITE is a highly interactive, 5-week virtual executive education program for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs), brought to you by Wells Fargo. During this program, participants will gain clarity on their business vision and understand its implications for leadership, teams, and business operations.

The program equips WBEs with simple, real-world tools, to identify and address organizational shortcomings, improving the operational value of their businesses. Participants will also engage with fellow women entrepreneurs to share insights about their companies and self-implementation journeys, building a supportive community to rely on moving forward.

• Develop clarity around your business vision and understand the implications of this vision on leadership, teams and business operations.
• Acknowledge and intentionally navigate potential leadership shortcomings and organizational issues.
• Understand how to create a succession plan and learn strategies for creating one for your business.
• Learn from fellow women entrepreneurs about their companies and their self-implementation journeys, joining a community to rely on as you go forward.

Who Should Apply?

• For WBEs who feel like their business has “hit the ceiling” in terms of growth and need to scale
• Interested in simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses
• Currently have 3 or more employees (and ideally nearing 10 or more)
• Currently in good standing as a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise
• One owner per company
• Demonstrate leadership maturity and are committed to further building organizational processes
