Who Should Apply

* For WBEs who feel like their business has “hit the ceiling” in terms of growth and need to scale
* Interested in simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses
* Currently have 3 or more employees (and ideally nearing 10 or more)
* Currently in good standing as a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise
* Must be the owner of the company
* Demonstrate leadership maturity and are committed to further building organizational processes
