Vidya Iyer serves in her current role as Supply Chain Development Manager for Lubricants Americas, her team is responsible for overseeing transformational and capital projects. Her career of 22 years spans many strategic initiatives in Lubricants, Aviation and Big 5 Consulting. She enjoys reading, running, gardening and is a strong advocate for “Diversity and Inclusion” as the lead on the Americas Lubricants DEI Council. She is married to Sanjay for 21 years and is mother of 2 boys Vedanth and Saarang aged 19 and 16 and dog “Leo” of 15 months.
