Veronica Neal is a visionary healthcare strategist, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to improving access to care for underserved populations. As Founder and CEO of Keystone Advisors, a family-owned health and life insurance brokerage headquartered in Texas, she leads an integrated ecosystem that delivers benefit navigation, population health engagement, call center operations, and community-based outreach programs that serve tens of thousands of members annually.

Raised by immigrant parents from Mexico, Veronica learned resilience and responsibility early. By age 14, she was working to help support her family. After marrying young and later navigating life as a single mother, she paused nursing school to prioritize raising her children and creating opportunities she never had, such as stability, education, and a supportive community. Relocating from Los Angeles to Texas, she built a life centered on service, faith, and perseverance, while continuing her work in healthcare.

Her passion for helping vulnerable populations, particularly seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income families, has led her to the health insurance sector, where she saw firsthand the barriers people face when navigating coverage and care. What began as a mission to help individuals access resources evolved into Keystone Advisors, a trusted partner to health systems, managed care organizations, community clinics, and government programs.

Under Veronica’s leadership, Keystone Advisors has grown into a high-performance organization known for its White Glove Service Excellence, culturally competent outreach, and measurable outcomes in member engagement, enrollment, retention, and care coordination. The firm supports large membership populations through bilingual engagement, health risk assessments, PCP coordination, financial assistance navigation, and population health initiatives.

Veronica is also the founder of KosmosDX, a healthcare technology platform designed to modernize data workflows, automate population outreach, and improve care coordination insights for health plans and provider networks. Her vision is to integrate technology, human engagement, and community partnerships to drive better health outcomes at scale.

A champion for inclusive leadership and workforce development, Veronica invests heavily in building mission-driven teams grounded in compassion, accountability, and growth mindset principles. She is passionate about empowering bilingual agents and expanding opportunities for Latino professionals in the healthcare industry.

Her work extends beyond business. Veronica leads community initiatives through Keystone’s outreach programs and partnerships, supporting health equity, education, and access to essential services. She frequently convenes community leaders, agents, and healthcare partners to strengthen trust and expand access to care.
