Val Jones is a Senior Vice President and strategy consultant with the Diverse Small Business Customer Segments team. She currently leads the Connect to More for Women Entrepreneurs program for Wells Fargo. As a 20-year banking veteran, Jones has held various roles including running small business for the Texas region, leading small business credit regional field support, consulting on compliance and risk as well as branch roles. Jones has owned her own business and understands firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with being an entrepreneur. Jones serves on the National Advisory Council for NAWBO.
