Serving the community is a strong passion that Toni has held on to for over 15 years. Economic development and racial equality are the latest in her stride to connect marginalized business owners with access to capital. Toni joined DreamSpring in 2019 as a Community Lending Officer and has grown with the company and now manages a team of supervisors and loan officers across multiple states and is responsible for cultivating relationships and building strong referral networks, in newer regions. Toni loves to process small business loans for resilient business owners and provides financial wellness and business coaching, to help fortify entrepreneurs with their goals and brand visibility. Additionally, Toni has led multiple campaigns as project manager to success with top brands, including Pepsi Co. Toni is a small business owner herself and enjoys handmade soap making and spending time with her family in nature.
