Tiffany serves as a Senior Program Manager of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion for Amazon Web Services. She leads supplier engagement, inclusive sourcing and AWS customer partnership strategies. Ms. McCullough is certified by the Institute for Supply Management in both supply chain and supplier diversity. During the 14+ years of her career she has developed and led supplier diversity programs in the oil & gas, energy and construction industries.
Tiffany’s commitment to expanding opportunities for the diverse business community has earned her recognition as 2021 Architecture Engineering and Construction Outstanding Professional, 2020 Business Advocate of the Year, 2019 Extraordinary Woman Making History Honoree, and Best of the Best in Diversity by Professional Woman’s Magazine. Her work has also been highlighted by Bisnow and the Institute for Supply Management.
