VP of Future Midstream & Strategy

Stephanie is VP, Future midstream and strategy in bp’s Fuel supply and midstream business. In this role, she leads a diverse, global team accountable for Business and Commercial Development, Strategy, Digital Transformation, CBM, Mid-term Planning, and Change and Agility.

Prior to her current role, Stephanie was Head of Marketing and Origination for bp’s Global Oil Americas Trading & Shipping business. She led a multinational team accountable for the growth of the Americas oil trading business, including development of new regional and cross-commodity business opportunities and management of relationships with strategic partners. She also started up then led the environmental credits trading desk for the Americas, developing a material trading book and delivering optimization value for bp’s own environmental credit obligations. In her earlier years, she held several roles across Commercial Development and Finance.

Before joining bp, Stephanie spent four years at a consulting firm, working with Fortune 1000 clients around the world. She received her B.S. in Finance and Multinational Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
