Stan Scott is a passionate servant leader emerging minority businesses through professional guidance and mentorship to grow their company. 17+ years of experience leading DEI workforce management initiatives and providing strategic roadmaps to attract, sustain, and build united cultures to retain minority professionals for enterprise private and publicly traded organizations. As a native of New Orleans who grew up in a urban community and an HBCU Alum of Howard University, I grew a exceptional hunger and desire for building economic wealth in black communities. Through living experiences and understanding urban economics, I wanted to improve the financial wealth gap that lies within black communities, I challenged myself to discover how to give back through using my skills and experience through serving others by advising and coaching Minority Business Owners, as a Senior Account Executive for Amazon’s Black Business Accelerator Division. I advise and mentor a team of Minority – Black Business Owners to empower their communities with job opportunities, financial support, and to build wealth for their families. As a entrepreneur, I also own EASE Automations which is a Minority Owned Workforce Management consulting public and private companies on improving DEI workforce initiatives and providing solutions.
