Director of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability at Google

Síofra Harnett is Google’s Director of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability. She has a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics & Economics and a Masters in Finance. She began her career in banking before joining Google in 2012. In the last decade at Google, she has held a number of roles in the Finance Organization before taking on leadership of Google’s Supplier Diversity work in 2017. Since 2020, she has led the teams responsible for the acceleration of Supplier Diversity at Google, including Google’s induction at the Billion Dollar Roundtable. Now as  Google’s Director of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability, she leads teams that lead Google’s work on supplier diversity, sustainability, and social impact.
