Shontel joined the Amazon Transportation Services Suppler DEI Team as a Senior Program Manager in July 2022. She has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Central Florida and began her professional career in Inventory Management. She has over 12 years of experience with large retailers including The Home Depot and Office Depot, where she has focused on several business units within Supplier Diversity, Online Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
