Sharon Castillo is the founder and principal of SB Services, Inc., a consulting firm focused on business process improvement with a core expertise in Supplier Diversity and Corporate Sustainability.

With over 30 years of experience, the company’s customers include the Fortune 500, Global 250, Councils, and Industry Groups. Specifically, Ms. Castillo has worked with corporations across a wide range of industries in the US, Canada, Europe, and South Africa, conducted over 300 Supplier Diversity training sessions, conducts benchmarking for various industry groups, works closely with the Billion Dollar Roundtable, and presented on Supplier Diversity at Ethical Corporation’s Responsible Business Summit in 2018. Sharon had her work referenced in Embedding Gender in Sustainability Reporting, published by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and GRI in partnership with the governments of Germany, Iceland, and Switzerland.

Previously she served as a subject matter expert on WBENC’s national Board of Directors and is a recognized global public speaker and has published numerous articles in a wide variety of publications. Sharon is a strong supporter and well versed in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, is a CPA, and has completed the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Mergers and Acquisition Program and the AICPA Business Valuation Program.
