The company specializes in talent acquisition, offering flexible staffing models such as short- and long-term contracts, contract-to-hire, and direct placements. Through its healthcare subsidiary, TrailBlazer Staffing Solutions, Cybervation plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care by connecting top-tier medical professionals with healthcare facilities across the nation.

Under Purba’s leadership, Cybervation has achieved remarkable success in developing innovative software platforms across various industries, including healthcare, food and hospitality, and retail. Notably, the company’s latest product, BistroUX, has gained widespread adoption among local restaurants, providing a comprehensive online solution for carry-out/curbside ordering, gift cards, ecommerce, coupons, loyalty programs, reservations, QR based services and many more.

Bringing forth more than two and a half decades of expertise in software development, consulting, and program management, Purba enriches her role with a profound wealth of knowledge. In addition to co-founding Cybervation, she occupied pivotal roles in the corporate landscape, notably as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase and in a senior capacity at Sterling Commerce (now IBM).
Beyond her contributions to the business world, Purba is deeply committed to gender, pay equity and empowering girls and women for STEM careers. In 2013, she founded CoolTechGirls, a non-profit organization aimed at exposing school-age girls to various academic and career options in STEM through hands-on activities and showcasing women role models. CoolTechGirls has created their signature TechnoFashion program introducing elementary and middle school girls to the concepts of electrical engineering, electro science, programming, and wearable technology.
