Phil Seidler is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Vistra, including its competitive generation and retail subsidiaries. Generation activities include power plants (coal, gas and nuclear), coal mining, renewables (solar and battery), wholesale marketing and trading, and development operations. Vistra also has multiple market-leading competitive retail electricity providers, offering innovative solutions to a broad base of residential and business consumers. Operations span across 20 states in the USA, plus a footprint of retail operations in Japan and Canada. Phil leads activities for all Business Units: Vistra (Corporate Services, Process Excellence and Supplier Diversity), Luminant (Fossil, Nuclear and Mining) and multiple Retail brands. Functional groups within his Supply Chain include Category Management, Procurement Operations, Warehouse Operations / Materials Management, Supplier Diversity and Process Excellence.
