Nikita Rhodes is the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion for Penske Transportation Solutions. She joined the organization in 2017 as the Director of Field Human Resources supporting the PTL Southeast Region. In her current role, Nikita has responsibility for developing and leading the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and vision. This includes keeping abreast of trends and collaborating with our Executive Council to translate programs and initiatives into actionable and sustainable opportunities that align with the Penske culture and brand values.

An HR leader for more than 20 years, Nikita commenced her HR career at a Fortune 50 global transportation organization. She holds her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Georgia State University, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and a Master of Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, she holds a SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
