Director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses

As the Director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Nicaela manages the team at Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and the program nationally to recruit over 7,000 diverse and under-resourced small business owners from around the country every year.

Prior to ICIC, Nicaela worked on statewide and congressional political campaigns in Massachusetts where she implemented and analyzed polling data to direct campaign staff and resources to strategic regions in the district. Before politics, she worked for the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), the largest single-event athletic fundraiser in the world. At the PMC, Nicaela was responsible for developing the annual Winter Cycle program, operations for the summer ride, and IT aspects of the organization.

Nicaela is a Boston College graduate with a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Marketing.
