Nancy Minchillo, Vice President, Global Supplier Diversity, joined JPMorgan Chase in April 2021 with 10 years Supplier Diversity leadership experience in the technology industry, including Hewlett-Packard Company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Her role at JPMorgan Chase includes Community Engagement and Liaison Program Management, supporting Global Supplier Diversity’s outreach efforts.

She previously served as Advisor, Supplier Diversity and Responsible Supply Chain for DXC Technology, a spin-off of HPE, where she led Supplier Diversity and Responsible Supply Chain, aligned to Supply Chain Audit & Compliance, and Corporate Responsibility. While at HPE, Nancy was the Small Business Liaison Officer, managing HPE’s U.S. Commercial Small Business Subcontracting Plan, delivering on small business commitments across all diverse-owned business sectors.

As Global Supplier Diversity Program Manager, Nancy designed and delivered the strategy for Hewlett-Packard’s award-winning Global Supplier Diversity Program, where she served on the Board of Directors for WEConnect, served as Recruitment Co-Chair for the Supplier Diversity Council of The Conference Board, and received a Women’s Leadership Award from the NGLCC. Recently she volunteered as a board member to the Texas FFA Foundation and was a three-time Ford Leadership Scholar Mentor to Texas high school seniors. Nancy holds a B. S. Degree, from Northwest Missouri State University.
