Mori Russell Atkins is a distinguished entrepreneur and the Director of Business Development at Concession International, a premier airport food and beverage company. In this pivotal role, she
leads the cultivation and management of key business relationships, driving innovation and fostering growth across the organization. Mori is also the founder of MCR Consulting and co-owner of ZaAcai Café, a vibrant acai and smoothie café in Midtown Atlanta.

Mori earned her Master of International Business from Florida International University. During her academic journey, she successfully launched and managed O’Amor, a boutique accessory store in Miami, alongside its online platform.

Outside of her professional achievements, Mori is committed to giving back through Concessions International’s corporate social responsibility initiative, CI Cares. She is also actively involved with her family office, serves on the YMCA Metro Atlanta Ambassador Board, and spent six years as the Southeast Regional Director for the Airport Minority Advisory Council. Mori continues the entrepreneurial legacy of her late grandfather, Herman Jerome Russell, by championing entrepreneurship and supporting meaningful community initiatives.
