With a successful corporate career at multiple staffing companies, Mirtes identified a critical gap in the market for minority-owned IT staffing firms. She recognized the increasing demand for specialized IT talent and the challenges businesses face when seeking a consultative approach that goes beyond traditional service delivery. This insight, combined with her passion for empowering women in leadership, inspired her to establish AGM Tech Solutions.
