Mildred is the Founder and CEO of MTO-PROS, she possesses more than 20 years of experience in project and program management, design and construction. She is a dynamic leader in the construction industry with a “we can do it attitude”. Mildred studied architecture and started her career in an architectural firm in NYC, later she decided to go into project management working for some of the most reputable global RE and project management firms. In 2015, she decided to leave the corporate world to create her own company to provide new opportunities to a more inclusive workforce in the construction industry. She has been championing small businesses and mentoring women and minorities as part of her personal mission and her business: Mildred Tolentino Project Services or M TO-Pros counts with a diverse professional workforce.

Her current responsibilities include leading the company operations and account management Mildred has an excellent track record for delivering complex projects within budget & schedule. Her diverse range of projects goes from the Not-for-profit sector to Commercial Interiors, Ground Ups, Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Education.
Expert in baseline schedule development & resource allocation, financial planning, forecasting, and cost reductions strategies.
