Vice President Chief Procurement Officer

Michele Van Treeck has been Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, Kellogg Company, since July 2014. She is a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and is currently the Executive Sponsor of the Kellogg Multicultural Employee Resource Group (KMERG). She was also a 2018 W.K. Kellogg Values Award winner.

Ms. Van Treeck has more than 25 years of experience in the international food industry. She began her Kellogg career in 2002 and has contributed through a variety of regional, international and global roles, serving as Kellogg Europe’s Procurement Director before returning to the U.S. as VP, North America Procurement in 2013.

Prior to joining Kellogg, Michele was Vice President, Procurement of Parmalat Farmland Dairies and held various risk management, logistics, analytics and supply chain roles with ADM and W.R. Grace.

Michele serves on the Board of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and is Chair of the Audit Committee. She serves in an advisory capacity to 1894 Capital and is a former Board member of the Cocoa Merchants Association of America, Inc.

Ms. Van Treeck graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Marquette University.
