Marti Hoffer is the Founder and CEO of lumenomics – a specialty subcontractor in construction with a simple mission: to maximize the use of natural light in designed spaces. Besides her devotion to natural light for over 35+ years, Marti has dedicated her business to creating space for women, LGBTQ+ people, and minorities in a historically uninclusive construction industry. Marti graduated with a BA in Business and Fine Arts from Otterbein University and an MBA from Seattle University.
