Program Manager, Supplier Diversity

Marcia Hunter was named Supplier Diversity Program Manager of NAFTA Purchasing and Supplier Quality, Stellantis. In her current position, Hunter is responsible for creating diversity sourcing targets, providing access, growth, and development to diverse suppliers. Hunter also led their annual Diversity Matchmaker Event for several years. This annual event has generated over $4B in sourcing opportunities to certified diverse suppliers.

Previously, she held the position of Powertrain Global Lead Buyer in Mopar Service and Aftermarket, for Purchasing and Supplier Quality. In this role, she was responsible for managing all commercial service contracts and the development of all service sourcing strategies, purchasing activities for all Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (formerly Fiat S.p.A) brands and FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group LLC) brands worldwide. In this position she managed assets in excess of $800,000 for the purpose of budgeting, financial functions, the development, and implementation of new service programs and the monitoring of existing programs.

Prior to that, she was promoted to Mopar Service and Aftermarket Learning and Development Manager in Purchasing and Supplier Quality. In this role she was responsible for a team of analyst who managed the oversight of vehicle service components, variable and investment cost, incoming components quality, and all supplier training needs related to Mopar unique applications.

As a graduate of Michigan State University, Hunter joined the Company in 1996 as a Machining Supervisor responsible for the final assembly of Axles. Her professional background also includes:
