Sr. Manager, Supplier Diversity and Purchasing Strategy

Marcella McCullough is Senior Manager of Supplier Diversity, Purchasing Strategy, for Nissan Group of the Americas. In this role, she is responsible for developing supplier diversity strategies and processes of performance key indicators internally and externally. Additionally, Marcella assures appropriate company presence at national and regional diverse business association meetings and conferences. Marcella is committed to developing an increasing robust supplier diversity program that will create economic opportunities for diverse supplier enterprises within Nissan.

An experienced professional, Marcella developed her business acumen through a diverse array of purchasing, product sales and supplier diversity development in the automotive and telecommunications industries. Her career path was marked by positions of increasing responsibility at Nortel, GM’s Saturn division, Delphi and Ford Motor Company.

Among her professional attributes are a pressing drive to get the job done, maintaining a strong network of supplier relationships and building confidence by promoting trust. Marcella’s motto is “keep your commitment.”

Marcella holds a master’s degree in Organization Management and a bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. Currently, she is a board member on the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council and member of Michigan Minority Supplier Development corporate committees. She is located in Franklin, Tennessee.
