Lynne Marie Finn is the President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, Inc. (Broadleaf) — formerly Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, she was General Counsel for Superior Group.

Broadleaf has been a pioneer in talent management solutions since 1965, and is one of the largest woman-owned workforce solutions companies. It provides a host of total talent management services, including managed service programs (MSPs), a proprietary management system (VMS), Work Nexus (R), statement of work (SOW) management, IC/freelancer engagement services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and payrolling.
