After joining the Lufkin Business in 2006 as a rotating equipment scheduler, Lynn spent many of the next 6 years as a PM. After altering his career direction to Sourcing/Supply Chain, he has not looked back. With more than 20 career years dedicated to Operations and Supply Chain, Lynn is still leaving room to learn in our data driven environment. He currently supports Baker Hughes as the Supplier Diversity and Business Development Sourcing Leader.

Lynn Buckley is the Supplier Diversity & Business Development Sourcing Leader for Baker Hughes and a passionate advocate for our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and leader of the Houston hub for the Black Employee Network (BEN). He’s also a self-described homebody who loves spending time with his wife, 2 dogs, cooking ,watching cheesy sci-fi movies, and calling the shots as a softball umpire and football official in his spare time.
