Vic serves as the Manager of Supplier Diversity at CenterPoint Energy, a Houston-based utility company providing energy to over seven million customers across a six-state territory.
Vic leads the Supplier Diversity efforts at CenterPoint and actively supports business diversity councils & committees helping to cultivate an impactful ecosystem of small and diverse-owned businesses that undergird our economy.

After a distinguished military career as an officer in the US Air Force, Vic left to join the corporate market launching this phase of his career at Shell Oil in the company’s contracts & procurement team supporting the Gulf Coast refining & chemical plant operations. Fourteen years later, with considerable category management and supply chain management experience under his belt, he began his current role at CenterPoint Energy in November of 2020.

Vic is a purposeful advocate for the equitable inclusion of small businesses. He is a board-member of the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council and a member of various business diversity committees supporting the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, the Indiana Energy Association, the Edison Electric Institute and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s. In 2021, Vic was recognized by DiversityPlus magazine as one the Top 25 Diversity Change Leaders.
