Leslie Saunders is the founder and former President of Leslie Saunders Insurance, the only woman-owned, certified Insurance Agency licensed and certified in all fifty states and Puerto Rico, to place Insurance and develop HR and Customer service training.

The firm was one of the first WBEs certified by WBENC. Leslie served on the Forum, Certification Committee, and three terms on the Board.

Leveraging certifications, Leslie Saunders worked with Fortune 500 firms and placed coverage for Liability, Auto, Cyber, and Builders Risk and property coverage for public entities and Corporate clients, working with the world’s largest Brokers to achieve Diversity.

In 2020 the firm was sold to an MBE, ACDBE company, and continues today as Leslie Saunders Insurance.

Risk Management Consultants, LLC is a consulting firm that continues to work with Airports, Ports, and Corporate clients to provide insurance placement, risk assessment and self-paced animated training for customer service and HR. Partnerships with Aon, Willis and Gallagher continue to work with RMCSLLC. The firm is WBE and WOSB certified.
