Laura Little is a Strategic Lead at Target Corporation, supporting Store Fixture categories. She has been at Target for 17 years, with roles spanning merchandising, retail sourcing, assets protection and now non-retail procurement. Laura is thankful for the cross functional nature of her job, appreciates the opportunity to flex her negotiation skills, and loves getting build trusted partnership with her Suppliers. Outside of work, most of Laura’s time is devoted to raising her children (Quinn and Logan) in partnership with her husband Mike.
