Senior Director - Global Sourcing and Supplier Diversity

Kyle has been part of the Lowe’s Home Improvement team for 29 years. She has experience as a Lowe’s Merchant, leading various product categories in Seasonal, as well as most recently leading the Lowe’s Global Quality Assurance team. Over half of Kyle’s career at Lowe’s has been spent in Global Sourcing where she has been instrumental in shaping and leading Lowe’s sourcing efforts, ensuring product sourcing resiliency and driving country of origin diversification. Kyle’s roles have allowed her to work and live in Asia and lead Global Sourcing teams in numerous regions around the world. Most recently, Kyle accepted the leadership role for Lowe’s Supplier Diversity team, along with her continued responsibilities in Sourcing.

Kyle earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
