Kristen Massey has more than 15 years experience in purchasing, with a majority of her career in automotive. She is currently a commodity manager for plastics and resins at Adient in Plymouth Michigan. She has held various regional and global roles within purchasing at Adient and other automotive tier 1’s from both an indirect and direct commodity aspect and customer focused operational and project management orientation.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management with a Specialization in International Business and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State University. She has been certified as a Professional in Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management and was the 2013 recipient of the National Buyer of the Year Award from the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council.
