Celebrating 28 years of business in 2022, RCS is a WBENC certified WOSB that recruits top talent for Direct Hire, Temp to Perm and Contract Staffing positions. Recruitment specialties include Engineering & Technical, Business Operations, Energy Efficiency, Government Cleared, and Information Technology personnel.

Ms. Garcia has expertise in leveraging business opportunities, networking introductions, referrals, and mentoring. Through networking with PG&E prime contractors at PG&E supplier diversity and Utility networking events since 2013, Ms. Garcia has generated over $50 million in revenue for RCS from these PG&E prime contractors while providing energy-related personnel and a national staffing agency presence in the Energy and Utility Industry.

As a staffing professional for over 30 years, Ms. Garcia has expertise in the areas of business development, professional staffing, recruitment, advertising, and career development. As President, she oversees day-to-day operations of RCS Corporation. Ms. Garcia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.
